More than just a hipsters’ paradise, the events featured diverse musical talent with something for just about everyone.

Bronze, a Boulder-based heavy metal band who performed at Mutiny Information Cafe, featured guitar licks hot enough to melt, well, metal.

Other metal bands such as Muscle Beach and Low Gravity kept the crowd energized, in spite of a few showers.

Back inside Mutiny Information Cafe, Bottle Rocket Science changed it up with their country rock highlighted by smooth vocals and yes, even a bit of twang.

Parking was challenging, but neighborhood businesses were packed.

Both events continue through Sunday, July 27, and the Mile High Parley, which is free, will feature a record swap from noon to 3 p.m.
